Le président VORONIN (Moldavie) veut construire un cité du vin

The Wine City [being built in a Chisinau suburb] should become a "visit card" of the Moldovan wine industry, and should reflect its history, traditions, uniqueness and achievements, the head of state said attending a working meeting of the participants in the Wine City Construction Project.
The President stressed, "The success of this ambitious project is as important for Moldova as the enlargement of high-quality vineyards and introduction of modern winemaking standards".
The Wine City has been conceived not only as an exhibition, business and entertainment center. It is supposed to become a strategic-importance structure for attracting tourists. So, it has already been included into the National Program of Tourism Development.
According to the project's concept, Wine City residents - wine-making companies - will be selected through an auction-contest, and the best of them will win the right to construct for their own means a multiple-destination building, the so-called 'estate', that will be representing a concrete wine company. A part of the residents' means will be invested in the Wine City infrastructure development.
The Wine City construction will require some US$30 million. The necessary means are to be received through selling land plots to the residents. The Government has already allocated 14.8 hectares of land in southern part of Chisinau, near the National Vine and Wine Institute, where nearly 30 company estates will be built, along with restaurants, souvenir shops, hotels, recreational facilities, etc.
The Government expects the Wine City will be annually bringing 9 to 12 million US dollars of income. According to initial plans, the facility was to be ready and commissioned by the next Wine Festival, which is traditionally held in the capital city in October.

Ah non pas question de se passer de Nutella aucun fabricant n'a égalé une saveur si exquise, j'ai tout essayé mais jamais je n'ai trouvé équivalent au point de vue goût absolument divin, et j'en mange depuis 40ans !
